Renaissance Golf Club was purchased in February of 2008 by North Shore Golf Club Holdings, LLC which was formed by business partners David Southworth, President & CEO of Southworth Development LLC and Joseph Deitch, Founder, Chairman & CEO of Commonwealth Financial Network. Together their goal is to expand upon the original vision of the Club with an unfettered focus on both quality and community.

Renaissance Golf Club is managed by Southworth Golf Management LLC, an affiliate of Southworth Development LLC, a privately held company based in Newton, Massachusetts, specializing in the development of residential resort & hospitality branded real estate communities.
