Everything about Tom Sager was cutting edge. ... So when his wife, Barbara Sager, was looking for a new partner for the Tom Sager Heartbeat Fund, a foundation she started a few months after the CEO of Holy Family Hospital died suddenly nearly two years ago, she chose an initiative and organization that reeked "cutting edge." Barbara Sager teamed the foundation up with the Merrimack Valley YMCA to create the "Sager Golf Academy" ... Boys and girls that use the Haverhill and Lawrence YMCA's have the chance to practice, learn and play golf at one of the nicest venues in New England at Renaissance Golf Club in Haverhill.
