Membership
Renaissance is a special place, and history has shown that when families have the opportunity to experience the club, they truly love it. In these economically difficult times, we feel it is our responsibility to make sure that we provide potential members with progressive membership program offerings tailored to fit their individual needs. As a result, we have developed two unique membership programs– “Renaissance Now” and “Renaissance Invitational”. These programs provide prospective members with the opportunity to fully experience membership at Renaissance, without committing to a long-tem relationship. The Club currently maintains the following categories of membership: Golf Membership, Non-Resident Golf Membership, Associate Golf Membership, Social Membership, Social - Pool Membership and Social - Sports Membership. Each category of Club Membership will entitle the member to the following rights and privileges:
GOLF MEMBERSHIP
A Golf Membership entitles all eligible family members to use all of the golf, swimming, and social facilities of the Club. Golf Members will not be required to pay greens fees but will be required to pay golf cart fees. Golf Members will have a priority sign up privilege to reserve golf starting times.
NON-RESIDENT GOLF MEMBERSHIP
A Non-Resident Golf Membership is available to persons who do not maintain any residence within 25 miles of Renaissance Golf Club. Non-Resident Golf Members are limited to nine (9) golf rounds per year and have full guest privileges. In addition to golf privileges, Non-Resident Golf Members have access to all of the swimming and social facilities of the Club.
ASSOCIATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
An Associate Golf Membership is available to children of current Golf Members in good standing from ages 23 through 27. Associate Golf Members are subject to greater restrictions than Golf Members as to priorities for golf starting times and shall pay dues equal to a 25% of the published golf dues. Associate Golf Members do not pay any membership initiation fee. Associate Memberships are recallable at the discretion of the Club. Upon reaching 28 years of age, the Associate Golf Member is required to acquire a Golf Membership, if one is then available, in order to continue to use the Club as a Golf Member. Other under-age golf memberships may be offered by the Club from time to time at the discretion of the Club.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
A Social Membership allows the member to use dining and social facilities provided at the Club. From October 1 through April 30, Social Members may use the golf facilities on a space available basis upon payment of the accompanied guest fee, but shall not have guest privileges for golf.
SOCIAL - POOL MEMBERSHIP
A Social - Pool Membership allows the member to use dining, social and the pool facilities provided at the Club. From October 1 through April 30, Social – Pool Members may use the golf facilities on a space available basis upon payment of the accompanied guest fee, but shall not have guest privileges for golf.
SOCIAL - SPORTS MEMBERSHIP
A Social - Sports Membership allows the member to use all recreational, dining, social and pool facilities provided at the Club. Social – Sports Members are allowed two (2) rounds during the golf season and, from October 1 through April 30, Social – Sports Members may use the golf facilities on a space available basis. The Social – Sports Members rate is one half the accompanied guest fee.
